Saturday about 5:30pm Auburn Fire Rescue provided mutual aid to a structure fire at 232 Old Webster Rd. in Oxford.
The building was a metal Quonset hut-style home situated in the woods off the main road. The fire presented numerous challenges for firefighters icluding the metal construction of the building and the rural location requiring tanker trucks.
Six people were reportedly living at the home. No injuries were reported.
