AUBURN-Judith L. (Bennett) Seuss, of Auburn, died Wednesday, the 18th of June, in her home with the family at her side. She was 72.
Judi leaves her husband Eugene Seuss, and her children; Steven P. Merrill, of Lunenburg, and Karen B. Merrill, of Spanish Fort, AL., also two stepchildren, Lynda Rogers of Somerville, and David Seuss of Medford, and three grandchildren, Kyle, T.J., and Tyler Merrill. She was born in, and resided in, Auburn her entire life. She was the daughter of the late Alexander and Ingeborg (Johnson) Bennett and graduated from the Auburn High School.
Judi worked as secretary and traffic manager for L.R. McCoy and Maridyne International, as well as a temp for numerous local Businesses. She and her husband Gene were members of Pleasant Valley Country Club for many years. She loved to travel and spent many partial winters in Florida. Judy was very active in the fund raising efforts for the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Institute at Children’s Floating Hospital in Boston, MA.
A graveside service will be held on June 30th at 11:30 A.M at Hillside Cemetery in Auburn Mass. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Judith’s name to the Suzanne G. Komen Cancer fund or a charity of the donor’s choice.
