Surpasses 5,000 Consecutive Roll Call Votes in 2013

BOSTON – With 279 consecutive recorded roll call votes cast in 2013 by the Massachusetts House of Representatives, State Representative Paul K. Frost (R-Auburn) has surpassed the 5,000 vote mark over last year’s legislative session, maintaining his perfect voting attendance record for a 17 year streak. Representative Frost has not missed a single vote since first taking office in 1997, with his total now at 5,082 going into 2014. This is the second longest active streak among all House members.

House Republican Leader Brad Jones commented about Frost, “Year in and year out Representative Frost has always proven to be there for those he serves on Beacon Hill.  He has never taken this position lightly and has always made sure he has taken a position on every matter that has come before the House. The people of his district should be very proud of his streak and outstanding voting record. I congratulate Paul and all those who have honored the House of Representatives by voting him into office and re-electing him over the years.”

Frost represents the 7th Worcester district, comprised of Auburn, Millbury, Precincts 2 and 3 of Oxford, and Precinct 4 of Charlton.
