Join Library staff for a Holiday Mini-Reads Program. This a staggered-release program series of two Holiday-themed sessions.
Release Session 1: Thursday December 17th
Release Session 2: Saturday December 19th
Each session includes several video-taped stories read by Library staff members. Listen to stories about Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa, and other winter / holiday-themes. Listen to other favorites as well, such as ‘The Mitten’ and construct a related craft.
Registration is not required to listen to the stories – listen as often as you like.
Each session includes a different, winter theme-related activity packet. Included are flannel boards with felt characters for children to design their own story. Also included are all materials for crafts * notebooks * literacy sheets * and a small gift.
Listen to stories and then register for packets at www.apl-stayconnected.org. Packets are available via contact-free pickup outside the Library doors. Masks fully covering the nose and mouth are required for all pickups.
