Library to host chocolate tasting and education program

The Auburn Public Library welcomes Dédé Wilson, award-winning chocolate expert and author of 17 cookbooks. Wilson will guide participants through a virtual tour of cacao production, from choosing and harvesting beans, to drying and fermentation techniques.

Learn how to read a label to assess quality, and to truly appreciate chocolate using all of your senses by tasting different varieties and sources from around the globe.

This is an 18 and over event.
