Lionel Berthiaume won a second term on Auburn’s Board of Selectmen, edging Wayne Page by 76 votes. All other races were uncontested.

On the non-binding referendum Question 1, residents supported Auburn pursuing a bylaw that would restrict the use of thin-film single-use plastic bags by retail establishments within the Town. The referendum passed 620-381.

A paltry 9% of registered Auburn voters turned up at the polls Tuesday.
