Ghost Light Players of MetroWest is excited to announce its upcoming production of ‘Top Girls,’ by Caryl Churchill. The story examines the role of women in society and what being a successful woman means.
“’Top Girls’ is the story of ambition, the struggle for status, and the lengths we are willing to go to in order to achieve what we want,” says the show’s director, Krisha Maynard.
“Each person who sees it comes away feeling differently about what they saw, and that’s the ultimate goal – to spark conversation between the audience members. I want people to walk away questioning what success and happiness truly mean, and this phenomenal cast is going to give them a lot to think about.”
The cast of the show includes Jen Drummond of Malden, Michelle Leibowitz of Hopkinton, Alanna Rose Lynch of Somerville, Kim MacCormack of Dover, Carla Mariarosa of Lexington, Kelly McGowan of Norwood, Roxanne Morse of Stoughton and Tiffany Santiago of Hudson.
Show dates are November 9 and 10 at 8:00 PM, and November 11 at 2:00 PM. Performances will be held at First Church in Marlborough, 37 High Street, Marlborough, MA.
