Cat Fanciers’ Federation plans cat show

Cat Fanciers’ Federation is proud to present its annual “Peace, Love, & Cats” Allbreed Cat Show from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday, May 20-21, at the Horgan Arena in Auburn, MA. This event will feature judging of mixed-breed household pets along with purebred cats including the Abyssinian, Ragdoll, Persian, Maine Coon, Scottish Fold, Exotic Shorthair, and more. Spectators can also vote for their favorite cat.

You don’t have to be a fancy feline to enter our shows! Several animal rescue groups with adoptable cats will be there to raise money. Take a chance on our raffle tables, and buy some locally made crafts and items from vendors in the New England area. Meet Robin A.F. Olson, award-winning author of the blog “Covered in Cat Hair and founder of Kitten Associates cat rescue in Connecticut. Robin will also be a guest judge for our household pet class, along with MaryEllen Richards from Willy’s Kitty Angels Rescue.

Hear author Shawn Flynn discuss his inspiration for his book “The Kitty Who Rescued Me After I Rescued Him” on Saturday. Visit with Mowgli, an amazing tripod cat rescued by Forgotten Felines of Maine.

Admission is $5 for adults; $3 for kids 5+, seniors, veterans; free for kids under 5.
