Aging Mastery Program Offered Starting September 10

The Auburn Senior Center, in partnership with the Auburn Public Library and St. Vincent Hospital, will be offering the Aging Mastery Program this fall thanks to a grant from the Massachusetts Council on Aging Association. The program will start Thursday, September 10th at 10:15am and run every Thursday morning for 12 weeks.

The topics include:

  • Navigating Longer Lives
  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Healthy Eating and Hydration
  • Medication Management
  • Advance Planning
  • Community Engagement
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Falls Prevention
  • Financial Fitness

Speakers will include Auburn Town Manager, Julie Jacobson, physicians and clinicians from St. Vincent Hospital, Elder Services of Worcester, Inc. to name a few.

The program will take place at the Auburn Public Library but registration is through the Senior Center.  The program is limited to 30 participants.  Please plan on attending the majority of the sessions. If you are interested call 508-832-7799 to reserve your spot.
