The Central Massachusetts Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will be presenting their 4th Annual Women in the Outdoors Event on July 25th at the Auburn Sportsman’s Club. A diverse group of courses will be offered from Archery 101 to Wilderness Survival. 28 classes are listed on their registration page and include fly-fishing, Dutch oven cooking, trap-shooting, and even wolf talk.  You can access the registration page <HERE>.

More and more women are getting involved with outdoor sports like hunting and fishing which were long considered male activities, and this is a great event to build one’s comfort zone.  The Annual Women in the Outdoors event brings together over 30 classes and seminars into one fun, exciting, education and action-packed day. Try your hand at archery, kayaking, shotgun, rifle, handgun, self-defense, power tools, beekeeping, wild edibles and so many more. This award-winning event has been named the “Best Special Event” in the country the past 3 years by our parent organization.

Pre-Registration is required and the classes fill up quickly.
