Cross Country:
Both the boys and girls had dual wins earlier in the day and beat Leicester and Southbridge.

Boys Soccer:
On goals by Richie Augusto in the first half and Dean Lemansky in the second with a Steve Froio assist, the Rockets claimed a revenge victory over Millbury, 2-1. On September 8th, the boys lost to the Woolies 2-0.

Girls Soccer:
In a well-matched game, the girls also garnered a revenge victory. When they lost 5-0 to Millbury on September 8th, Kelsie Cummings had four of the goals. She was kept scoreless last night as Colleen Cutting covered her one on one. Jianna Baroni scored with 16:30 left in the second half and with Lauren Ferris assisting. At 11:45, Baroni scored again off a great assist by Jordyn Abasciano. A penalty kick made the game 2-1 with 6 minutes left, but the Rockets kept the Woolies tamed for the remainder.

Field Hockey:
Visiting D-1 Wachusett scored first in the second half during Wednesday’s contest, but the Rockets tied it up minutes later. Jess Clifford had the goal, and Jordan Lavallee got the assist. The game ended in a 1-1 tie. Auburn is now 9-2-1 on the season.
