School Committee Student Reps Appointed


The new student representatives on the Auburn School Committee were introduced at last week’s meeting. They are seniors John Champagne (left, above) and Tayla Foulkrod. Among other activities, Tayla plays field hockey and serves as the Drum Major in the marching band while John plays varsity golf. Welcome aboard and have a great year on the inside of the Auburn Public School District.


Weston Recognized for Service to Auburn


Ann Weston was recognized at Monday’s Selectman’s Meeting for her 25 years of service on the Conservation Commission. Ms. Weston was chairman for 24 years and served our community with unbiased and well-educated decisions. Thank you for your service.

As many of you have come to know and love Soupie, you can now have him in your car, home or your office EVERYDAY!

It is a bit funky, but it is a fun way to raise money for our local families in need.

You can purchase a Soupie Bobblehead for $60 or purchase a raffle ticket for $2.00.  All profits will go to the Auburn youth and Family services.


Historical Society October Meeting to Feature History of Pakachoag Church


The Auburn Historical Society’s monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 21 at 6:30pm at the Auburn Senior Center, 4 Goddard Drive. Featured program will be “The History of Pakachoag Church” presented by Rev. Dennis Knight.  The meetings are are free and open to the public.
