Seniors Treated by Senator Moore

The Auburn Senior Center was a delicious place to be on Monday afternoon as Senator Michael Moore held his annual Ice Cream Social. His Chief of Staff Shelly MacNeill and Director of Constituent Services Doreen Goodrich dished out vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, strawberries, and sprinkles with the assistance of Bob Breault. Each sundae was, of course, topped with a cherry.

Senator Moore served the 75 guests with the help of his wife, Ellyn, and his children, 13-year-old Sydney and 10-year-old Seth. Town Manager Julie Jacobson also served some of the guests. With piano music playing in the background, the seniors had a relaxing hour of conversation and fun. Eating their dessert was a great bonus on the day.
