Beginning on March 27, Pakachoag Church will be expanding its Mind + Body offerings by adding evening Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation classes. Restorative Yoga will run from 5:30-6:30PM and Guided Meditation will follow from 6:30-7:15PM. The classes may be taken separately, or together for a deeper experience. Both classes will be offered in two sessions, March 27 through May 8 and May 22 through June 26. Participants may register for either of the six-week sessions or attend either class on a drop-in basis.
Restorative Yoga is a quiet evening class designed to bring relaxation and focus to both body and mind and is appropriate for all ability levels.
Guided Meditation is an opportunity to gain new understanding, and to learn just how easy it can be to make simple changes in life. This self-directed approach to mindfulness is intended to aid in achieving balanced insight and improving the potential of both mind and body.
