He was born in Worcester and raised in Auburn son of Gerard E. Berthiaume and Marjorie E. (Harman) Girard. He graduated from Bay Path High School in 1993.
Kris had been working as a Chair Van Driver for EasCare Ambulance Service in Worcester for the past several years.
Kris leaves his wife, Bryce F.J. (LaChance) Berthiaume, daughter of Karen and Wayne Martin; two children, Steven A. Duhamel-Berthiaume of Dudley and Riley N. LaChance of Auburn; his parents, Gerard F. Berthiaume of Dudley and Marjorie E. (Harman) Girard of Auburn; a brother, Joseph L. Berthiaume and his wife Stacey of Dudley; two nephews, Nicholas and Timothy Berthiaume and a niece, Lindsey Berthiaume, all of Dudley.
Kris loved Jeeps and was a member of Central Massachusetts JeeperZ Club, Wicked Jeeps and Quaboag Riders Club in Monson, Ma.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Kris’s family on Wednesday April 26, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A prayer service will follow at 7:00 pm. Burial will be private at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 300 5th Avenue, Suite 6, Waltham, MA 02451-8750.
