BOSTON – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced that there will be intermittent, short-term slowdowns using rolling roadblocks on I-290 westbound during the off-peak overnight hours on Wednesday, April 19 from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., Thursday, April 20 between Exit 9 (Auburn Street) and Exit 8 (Route 12 southbound, Webster).

These traffic impacts are required for the removal of an overhead sign that spans I-290 westbound approaching I-90.
