Olivia Obrebski, Nick Williams, and Aleen Merzoian have been selected to exhibit in the Worcester Regional Youth Art Month show at the Worcester Art Museum. This multi-media exhibit featuring student artwork from communities across central Massachusetts is sponsored by the Worcester Art Museum as part of Youth Art Month, a national celebration emphasizing the value of art education.
According to AHS Visual Arts Teacher, Amanda Bastien, the exhibit will be open to the public Thursday, March 4 through April 3 in the Higgins Education Wing of the Worcester Art Museum.
The Higgins Wing is open Wednesday-Friday and Sunday from 11am-5pm; Saturday from 10am-5pm, and the 3rd Thursday of every month from 11am-8pm. Admission to this exhibit is free.
The opening reception is on Sunday, March 6th from 12:30-2:30 and is open to families and guests of the artists. There will also be guest speakers and student musical and/or dance performances.
