On February 7, 2014 at approximately 5:30am, following a traffic stop for a minor motor vehicle offense, Officer Bryan Porcaro arrested Edward Kisiel, age 46,of Auburn for operating a motor vehicle after it was determined that his license to operate had a Revoked status for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. Mr. Kisiel was brought to the Auburn Police Station where he was booked and later transported to Worcester District Court.
Mr. Kisiel has five (5) previous convictions for OUI Liquor dating from 2005 to 1986 and has been charged with OUI Liquor a total of ten (10) times. According to the Registry of Motor Vehicles’ database, Mr. Kisiel was given a lifetime suspension for his OUI convictions in 2005. Mr. Kisiel was previously sentenced to 60 days in jail for this same offense in 1990. Officer Anthony Donahue assisted.
