Jennifer Germano, LPN was chosen as this year’s Team Spirit winner. Her organization and patient advocacy were among the top reasons for her nomination. Carrie Cross, Admissions and Marketing Director, stated “Jen is a true leader with her can-do attitude helping lead this facility to excellence”.

Director of Nursing, Donna Routhier said “It is very difficult to choose a limited number of CNA’s when everyone works so hard day in and day out. All these winners genuinely care and take pride in their jobs”.

Jo-Ann Merchant, CNA was chosen for her compassion and pride in her work. Jo-Ann is an amazing team player who always has a smile and loves to learn more skills that will ensure that her patients are well taken care of.

George Oboh has gone to visit patients outside the facility on his own time to check on them and pray with them.

Maurice Martey took the time to spend with a patient who had been in a different facility with a bad experience. Once he learned she was scared to come to Life Care, he sat with her holding her hand letting her know that, at this facility, we are family and we would not allow anything bad to happen to her.
