Edward F. Crawford, 74, died on May 29, 2018, after years of declining health, surrounded by his loving family. He is predeceased by his parents, Walter Joseph and Mary Crawford, a sister, Juliann Crawford (Miller), an infant daughter, Rebecca Crawford, and several aunts and uncles and a nephew. He leaves his wife, Glory Crawford (Rej), his children, Theresa Abruzzise (Crawford) and her husband Steven Abruzzise, his son, Walter Crawford and his wife, Susan Crawford (O’Keefe), and his daughter Dawn Crawford and her loving partner, David Sampson, Jr. He leaves his grandchildren, Rebecca Ryan and Nicholas Abruzzise. He also leaves two brothers, Walter Crawford and his wife, Arlene Crawford and Hugh Crawford and his wife, Beverly Crawford, he also leaves a cousin, who was like a sister to him Judith Burke (Tringuk) and husband, Robert Burke, and many nieces and nephews.
Edward graduated from St. Stephen’s High School and worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Alternatives Unlimited) until his retirement. He loved spending time with his family. He also loved to fish and loved nature and his birds. He was a simple man with a big heart and will be dearly missed.
Edward will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery in Auburn, MA. Services will be private.
