In a game last Wednesday, the boys JV hockey team was victorious over Woodstock Academy, 4-3, in a game that ended with a thriller. Matt Borowski put the first goal in with 7:10 left in the first period assisted by Jack Pero. Three minutes later, Matthew Bregman scored with a Borowski assist, and it looked liked Auburn was off to another easy victory.

Woodstock had other plans as they put in the next three goals and climbed to a 3-2 lead well into the third period. With 1:42 left in the game, Bregman scored his second goal to tie up the game. Mark Charron and Eric Lavoie assisted.

Then with the clock winding down and 36 seconds left, Zach Schirm hit the back of the net for the winning goal with another Charron assist. Great job!
