The Strengthen & Sculpt exercise program will reduce body fat and increase strength, muscle tone and stamina. By utilizing compound exercises (incorporating dumbells, resistance bands, stability balls, calisthenics and body weight exercises) you will feel & see results within weeks. This exercise program is multi level, beginner and modification friendly.

The class is $25 for 4 weeks, or $8 a week drop in. This program is being offered at a discounted rate through the Auburn Department of Recreation and Culture.
