Congregation B’nai Shalom of Westborough will be hosting a community-wide Electronics Recycling and Secure Shredding event on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 11am to 3pm.
Almost all types of electronic and electrical devices will be accepted, including TVs, computer monitors, computers and laptops, small and large appliances, cell phones, power cords, headphones, keyboards, and mice.

In addition, a truck will be onsite to securely shred documents in compliance with relevant regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Computer hard drives can be accepted for certified shredding off-site.

This event is a great opportunity to unload old computers, TVs, monitors, cell phones, power cords, and even small and large appliances. It is also an opportunity to safely shred old bank statements, checks, and bills. Certificates of Destruction will be issued onsite. The shredding event is being generously sponsored by United Bank

A list of prices and additional details is available by going to www.cbnaishalom.org and clicking on the Recycling Event link.
