Maeve has been dancing at the McInerney School of Irish Dance, which is located at 65 Southbridge St. in Auburn, for the past nine years; this is her second time qualifying for Worlds. She earned this honor at the New England Regional Oireachtas this past November. Four other dancers from the McInerney studio will also compete at this prestigious event: Molly Humphrey of Worcester, Megan Stella of Southbridge, Eme Wyndham of Northbridge, and Elizabeth Murphy.
They will travel, along with their teacher Clare McInerney Gentilucci, for the competition which takes place March 20-27.
