Why just wear that uniform for a couple of hours when you can make Halloween an all-day event? There are a lot of fun things to do on Halloween before or after you’ve hit up the neighbors for free candy.  Here are some local options:

  • The Auburn Mall is holding “Mall-o-Ween” on Saturday from 12pm-3pm. There will be crafts and trick or treating in the mall at participating stores. The event is free.
  • The Auburn Historical Museum is hosting their first Halloween Party from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, October 31. There will be games, treats and stories.The event is free and open to the public.  The Auburn Historical Museum is located at 41 South St. in Auburn.
  • Century Sportsman’s Club, 531 Rochdale St. in Auburn, has its Haunted Hayride and Spooky Walk.  The attraction is open Saturday night from 7pm t0 10pm. Admission is $18 per person. Visitors can received a $5 discount off of each ticket when they bring a canned good donation.
  • Stop by The Haunted Yard Halloween display at 12 Reithel St. from 6:30-9pm. Admission is one non-perishable food item per person, all of which is donated to Auburn Youth and Family Services food pantry.
