Auburn resident Susan Johnson joined the Bank in 2008 as assistant vice president, business banking officer. Previously, Johnson served as an SBA account manager/504 loan officer for the Worcester Business Development Corporation.

Johnson received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Framingham State University, Framingham, Mass., and is enrolled in the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College, Babson Park, Mass. She resides in Auburn, Mass. Johnson is the development adviser for Dress for Success Worcester. For the prior three years, she served as the organization’s vice president. She is also a consultant and panel presenter for Interise, a member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce’s steering committee for the 2015 Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference, and a member of the Leadership MetroWest Academy class of 2015.
