The Candidates’ Forum held last Thursday at the Auburn Senior Center was the first and last time Auburn voters could see School Committee and Selectman candidates square off against each other. Wayne Page, Chairman of the Council on Aging, did the introductions, and each candidate was given 5 minutes to speak with no questions from the audience. After the speeches concluded, attendees were invited to speak to the candidates one on one.
Over the last ten days, Auburn Mass Daily has published profiles on the three candidates for School Committee. Today we started running profiles on the Selectman candidates. Our hope is that the Auburn voters will have good information to make sound election decisions.
