Dr. Francis DeFalco will explain how working the joints and the spine can increase a person’s mobility. The more mobility a person has, the better the joint will heal.

UNDERSTANDING HOARDING

Hoarding is the persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions. This behavior can have serious effects-emotional, physical, social, financial, and even legal-for a hoarder and family members. Michael Nowicki, LICSW, Community Healthlink, will share how we can help our friends, family members or loved one who may be exhibiting these behaviors.
