150x231-Brown,_Jean_croppedJean R. (Ingalls) Brown, age 90, of 9 Stoneville Heights Road died peacefully on October 1, 2013 at the UMASS Medical Center of complications due to a stroke.

Jean, born in Worcester, the daughter of William J. Ingalls and Lillie M. Fagerquist, was a graduate of Worcester Commerce High School, a resident of Auburn for 63 years and, a lifelong member of Belmont Street Baptist Church, Worcester. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Charles A. Brown and her brother, William D. Ingalls. Jean leaves behind, a daughter, Carol J. Russo of Brookline; two grandchildren, Melissa A. Zilinski of Medfield, and Eric Russo of Wayne, PA; four great grandchildren, Zoe M. and Tyler C. Zilinski, (Medfield) and Gunnar W. and Berrit G. Russo (Wayne, PA); a brother-in-law Walter R. Brown, Brockton, his two children Michelle and Christopher and a niece, Christine M. Ingalls, Escondido, California.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn, MA 01501 that will be preceded by a visitation period beginning at 9:30 AM with internment and graveside service immediately following at Hillside Cemetery, 65 Central Street, Auburn, MA 01501.
